Who do these Terms and Conditions apply to?
The LFPKC ADVOGADOS’s Terms and Conditions of Use (or ‘T&C’), as described below, establish the general conditions under which the institutional information and legal content created by the professionals at law firms LFP – Lauletta • Favero • Panebianco Advogados e Consultores, Kassow/Ribeiro Braga Advogados and Carmagnani Advogados (collectively, ‘LFPKC Advogados’) are presented, which information is available at https://lfpkc.com.br.
Purpose, Services and Products
LFPKC ADVOGADOS is engaged in the practice of law and it provides legal advisory and consultancy services and produces informative legal content in compliance with the prevailing Laws and the Rules of Professional Conduct and Ethics issued by the Brazilian bar association OAB.

The LFPKC Website is maintained with the purpose of providing professionals, companies and all interested persons with material related to the practice and study of law.
